Information: Since 2007 GreenCard Consult distributes a computer-based job aptitude test for selection of specialised and management personnel. The job candidates’ potentials are assessed in an one hour intelligence and personality test. The resulting profile is matched to a profile of job demands which is especially derived with the management and HR of our customers.
